Jack Gumless
Jack Gumless as the name implies does away with the greatest handicap of jack fruit-its gum. Identified by a farmer of Karnataka, this variety is also called Sompadi Varikka. The arils are firm and white in colour and they are eaten best in the early stage of ripening.
