Jack Sindoor
Jack Sindoor, also known by the names Chemparathy Varikka gets its name from the colour of the arils- bright red as shoe flower petals . identified and promoted by Farming Systems Research Station, Sadanandapuram in Kollam District of Kerala. This variety appreciated for their taste and the soft texture. Each fruit weighs around 15 kilograms.
